Outsurance
No feedback for months

My car had been smashed in may 2013 and I claimed via the above insurance company. I had to pay excess and I would obviously like the insurance company to claim it from the other party. I have not to date got any feedback regarding what is going on..This is not how to treat clients. Poor service and this is exactly how to push away clients. Very disappointed
