What is happening at Standard bank?

On the 3/03/2012 I used the ATM at Rtb mall to do a withdrawal the machine did not respond and I went inside while my son waited at the ATM. No body inside the bank could help me and I went outside again and phoned the help line. I was told that the transaction will be cancelled automatically if the machine did not produce the money in a few seconds and that I must lodge a query at the branch. I requested a statement from the auto plus ATM and saw that the transaction went off on the statement. I went inside the branch and opened a query and after I waited for two hours was eventually helped. The printer was not working and she wrote a query number: 52146935 on a piece of paper and told me to wait six days and then go to the branch and query it. I went to the bank today and they phoned who - ever and I was told that the money will be paid into my account today. Then she tossed the piece of paper into the TRASH! GREAT SERVICE STANDARD BANK!! It is now pass banking hours and I am still waiting! Is it possible that there are actually people that looks into this? Can somebody PLEASE let me know WHEN I CAN EXPECT THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT? I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.
