No feedback from Zanele?!

On the 28th of November i was involved in an accident because a guy rear ended my car whilst I was waiting in a slip way for oncoming traffic to pass.
Zanele was very helpful at first and told me what to do and made an appointment for my car to go for the inspection. I took my car the very next day on Friday the 29th for the inspection. I was told by Zanele that I would receive feedback from her by the 3rd as this was how long it would take for them to receive the detailed assessment report. It is now the 10th. 7 Days later and I am still to receive a call from Zanele. i have made four calls to Dial Direct in order to find out what is going on. Yesterday I was told that they had ran into quite a significant query and still - Zanele failed to phone me and sort it out or get answers to her questions. She just left it. If I hadn't phoned she would probably still have done nothing! They are useless! I would never ever suggest Dial Direct to any of my friends. On the contrary I would warn them to stay far away!
