Needing advice about a transfer we got through to Zanele who explained to me that she was unable to assist as she was not authorized to assist with business accounts and the business division had already closed for the day. When I explained to her the URGENCY of our request risking being reprimanded she had the initiative to go the extra mile and connect us with the internet banking division senior person Fabio, who was able to answer give us favourable comment on our query.

If Zanele had not gone the extra mile to assist us we would have had a night of INTENSE stress and anxiety.

She is an absolute credit to your bank and her caring and compassionate attitude has gone a long way to endearing us to your organization.
