I just want to thank Zanele for the good service Yesterday. I left a message on Multichoice website for them to call me back with regard to a debit order issue. I was called back by Zanele from Multichoice whom I found to be very helpful and managed to answer all my questions with regards to the new PVR compared to the Standard decorder that I am currently using. She was Patient, Very helpful and informative.
