I was in an accident on the 19th Jan. My car was towed from my house on Sun 20th. I called Dial direct Monday morning, 21st to report the accident. Detaisl of the accident were recorded by the consultant. I received a call on Tuesday the 29th from Dial direct informing me that the claim had been approved and the go ahead would be given to the panel beaters (Renew It) to start the repair process. I was told that a David Masete is the consultant who would be giving me progress regarding the repairs. I am yet to hear form him. I called Renew-It direclty and was firstly told the the part had been ordered and later that Dial direct only gave them the go ahead to fix my car on the 1st Feb. I called dial direct again and requested to speak to David's manager. I was given his name and number, Macelino Snow. He has never called or bothered to return my calls. The service I've received so far from dial direct is appalling, at a time when i need them the most. All i needed was for them to call and update me on the repairs process. I'm seriously cosidering cancelling my policy with them. I'm certain i can receive better service elsewhere!
