I've made a claim on 6/11 which was paid short. This was queried on 19/11.
Still no feedback. I've been put through to a manager who couldn't assist me as he only deals with Vehicle claims and not specified items. When I phone their office neither Reinette nor the manager is ever available to speak to me. They have a policy to provide feedback within 2 days, and on email they promised feedback repeatedly.
Very poor service.
