What awsome service from Ivy & Zanele

Hi,

I've just been shopping for various items at Dis-Chem at the Bluebird Centre on Athol Oaklands and was blown away by the service I received.
Firstly, Ivy Matlou was simply fabulous in assisting me to get the appropriate multi-vitamins. She was so knowledgable and smiled throughout our conversation even though I asked loads of questions and changed my mind several times. I was truly impressed by the probing questions she asked and the knowledge she had on the various products. She deserves all the accolades that she can get! Thanks Ivy.

I then paid for my items, but my Dis-Chem card points did not reflect on my slip. Zanele Mgiba assisted me at the Customer service desk and was friendly and issued me with a new card in no time. She was very friendly and made sure I left as a happy customer. Thanks Zanele.
All-in-all, fabulous service and Ivy and Zanele have ensured that I will be a loyal customer.
