WHY SHOULD YOU REPAIR MY CAR AFTER A MONTH!!!

I placed a claim on line for my car on the 26th of November i took the car in for assessment on the 28th. No one got back to me till the 7th of December telling me that the claim has been approved and someone from the repair side will get hold of me, Well no one called till i picked up the phone today and spoke to a lady called Samu who put me through to the repairs side. The repairs then tell me they are fully booked and will repair my car in January. I am so mad because i have to travel for Christmas holidays. Why should i wait a month you are messing up my holidays how do i drive a damaged car across boarders?? If you panel beaters can not do it why not pay another one that can do the job because i need to GO for holiday. You never told me you will repair my car after a month or a year when i took out the policy! I want my car repaired ASAP and i wanna go on holiday please don't spoil my Christmas and my family!!!
