Dear Peter

This is my second compliant about the bad service I have received from Virgin Money Insurance. My latest problem with them, my car was involved in an accident last year in December. They took the car for repairs to Tekton, we got the car back in March 2013. In the same time we reported that we are experiencing problems with the car that we never experience before the accident. We took the car back to Tekton and they did assessment and we where told there's 3 things wrong with the car but only one that was accident related. We where told we must take car to Suspension City for repair, when we took the car they did another assessment that we don't know was the report. I requested the insurance to provide the report from the first mechanical shop and suspension city and the insurance assessor report. But up to today I am still waiting. And the insurance refuse to pay the damages on the vehicle they say the car had to be driving in high speed in order to sustain the damages. The insurance never did the assessment or check the car when I joined, now they come with excuses when they have to pay. Please help me. The vehicle is becoming worse everyday.
