My car was damaged by the recent hail storms. I reported to the above mentioned insurance company and they insisted that I take the car to one of their panel beaters in late November 2012.

When I initially took the cover them, they failed to mention that I will not receive a rental car if in the event of an accident or general repairs. I personally hired a vehicle at my own expense as I require a car for work purposes. I took the car in November to one of their panel beaters which is Global Hail Solutions in Meadowdale. A month later, after not receiving any feedback on the status of my car, I called the insurance to query the matter. To my surprise, the car was sent to Zambezi BMW Autocare centre. Ironically that's what I initially requested. The claim was still not approved. This was now a month later in which I had to fit the expense for a car rental.

The workshop at Zambezi was closing for the December holidays so they were not able to repair my car. I took my car from their possession as I was wasting money on a car rental.

I was promised that the car would be fixed within 10 days. The car has been with Zambezi since 11 February and the car has still not been repaired.
