In February 8 I had an accident and within two weeks my claim was approved I was so happy, then the car was transferred to Silverstar Auto body in Sylverton for repairs. On the 8th March 2013 I went to see the location of the car and the progress and I was told that they are still awaiting 1part so that they can begin repairs. During the month of April I was updated by Eunice that my car is in panel beating department but When I decided to go check my car was still standing outside untouched, Eunice from Virgin Money Insurance was there she dint know what to say.

I called the call centre asking them to transfer my car to the other panel beaters, they advised me to speak to Eunice's Manager Thulile which the phone only rang. When i complained they refer me back to Eunice who cant even assist me. Still today I dont my car its really frastrating
