Had an incident with my vehicle, repairs were booked and my vehicle handed over to Virgin Insurance proposed accredited repair centre. After 30 days my vehicle was still not repaired and had to "by force" return the loan vehicle as Virgin Insurance will contact the police and charge me for if i do not return the loan vehicle.
This is my question; The "accredited" repair centre was never blamed for being late on their delivery or ensuring the correct parts were in stock. I had to by force, receive my vehicle from the repair centre NOT 100% complete / repaired! Since September I have not been contacted by the repair centre or Virgin Insurance about the parts to be fitted and still to be replaced. Why do I have to pay full and increased premiums and still receive substandard service from a service provider and be threatened with the police?
