HELP!!

Ive done a home loan application online last week Thursday ref: 4320495. Ive enquire on the status of my application almost every day since, Im not getting proper answers from your Contact Centre. According to the consultant the bank statements received is not sufficient, as per My bank they cannot provide me with anything else. I visited your Standard Bank Industria branch this morning for guidance was also advised by them that they cannot assist me.
Is this because im not a Standard Bank client, all I wanted was a YES OR NO answer regarding my application BUT I've wasted the whole week running around to provide you with feedback which doesn't seem to be enough, I could have used the time to find finance somewhere else had I knowN, guess what Now I might loose the House.
Really disappointed in the service Ive received from Standard Bank, funny enough a family member referred me to you because she's had excellent service from you with her Home loan BUT it seems you've failed me!!!
