Poor service received with regards to application

My name is Lucas Maluleka.

During March 2013, I approached my local Standard Bank Branch in Modimolle with the view of obtaining a home loan for a house in our local township. They referred my application to a Standard Bank employee who is the contact with regards to low cost housing loans by the name of Richard who e-mailed documents to my employer who printed it out and gave it to me for completion. I completed the documents and personally handed it in at our local branch. Since then I have received no phone calls or any form of correspondence from any branch/division of Standard Bank informing me of the status of my application. I am on the verge of losing the house which I applied the loan for. Even my employer tried to assist without success. I have a permanent employment with my current company and therefore I feel that I am entitled to a home loan.
