I have done a home loan application with Standard Bank after waiting for 11 days for the outcome of my application I decided to phone their call centre. They have an automated application status tracker and to my suprise I learnt that my application was declined. Nobody contacted me to give me feedback regarding my application status. I am so disappointed with Standard
