Fast Application Service Desk Agent Rude

Good Morning

I am a brand new client of FNB as of yesterday at 17.20

I open a cheque account with you guys Account No: 62445498373 and was told on the conversation I would receive an SMS to notify me of where to Mail my documents (ID and Salary Slip) by the agent yesterday afternoon. Nothing has been received.

This morning at 09:10 I made a calback to 0860327827 and that agent I dealt with got very flustered and raised her voice at me to which I told her to F OFF. I do apologise for that but having left ABSA for Service I did not expect this as brand new client of FNB.

Can someone please advise me as to how do I get my Documents to the Correct People to process my Cheque Account application as requested by you guys yesterday.

Will I receive an sms to notify me of where to send the documents too or Will this be included in the quote sent to me.
