I surrendered my policy on friday and I was advised that it will take 2 working days for the funds to be paid out, all requested documents were sent. I called them yesterday to find out how far is the claim and the guy I spoke too said it has been received on monday already and I should expect the funds today but I received an sms saying they have received my claim and they will advise of any outstanding documents not that is has been processed
