It is with great dismay to tell the world that absa must be one of the worst banks in the world, i tried to open a cheque so i called the cheque acc department i was told that my application is provisionally accepted pending documents i then e mailed the required documents there was no feedback i had to call them again only to be to be told that documents were neva received despite their e mailer indicating that were received, i find this strange absa used to b a good bank but recently something is wrong i wont give up m stl waiting for a response if i dont get i will launch the complaint with banking omsbud since ive got a right to open an account in south africa
