UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE FOR HOME LOAN

To whom it may Concern...

Me and my wife have been loyal clients to ABSA Bank for many years. We bank with ABSA, our home loan is with ABSA, our savings is with ABSA, our children Target Save accounts is with ABSA and we always trusted in ABSA.

Due to the fact of our family growing, we decided to buy a bigger home to raise our children in. We contacted an Home Loan Express Agent in November 2012 to assist us with a Home Loan Application. The application was submitted and ABSA Bank informed that we only qualify for a 90% loan. The reason according to your agent was that we do not have a high score rating. He suggested we open Cheque Accounts and wait for a period of three months for our score rating to improve. Your agent said we must come back in January 2013.

We opened the cheque accounts and credit cards and we waited our three month period. We again approached your agent as he requested us to do as we found our dream home. We forwarded all documents and the agent reported that our scoring was now very good and that the accounts we opened made a big difference.
