Cancel Application/Order of Smartphone/Device

Good Day

I placed an order via internet banking yesterday at 15:00 more or less. I called 0860 102 970 to advise that I changed my mind and would like to cancel my application/order. Note you wait for more than 15mins when calling this call centre to speak to an agent. Anyway, I was told late afternoon yesterday to call today and its to soon to pick the application up on the system. I called this morning just after 08:00am and spoke to a lady by the name of Lerato who advised she will send through for cancellation. REF NUM 1401165867. I called this afternoon and spoke to an agent by the name of Nicole who advises the systems have been down whole morning and will only be up and running at 5 when they close. How can it be this difficult to cancel an application. I would like this application for the Apple iPad cancelled immediately. Ive had bad experiences whereby I cancel a device yet still receive an end up paying for it. Could this matter please be resolved ASAP
