Appalling Service

I am getting a vehicle financed through FNB/Wesbank. I was told I would get the vehicle yesterday. I had to sign a few documents and send through copies of my id. It was arranged that I meet Mandla at FNB Horison View to sign the documents and then he was going to forward to the Wesbank agent. Mandla assured me that she received the documents and he spoke to her confirming that all is fine. I then get a call 2 hours later from the Wesbank agent stating that she did not receive the documents. She then called the branch and apparently their email system is slow and the documents will be delivered. For a bank that prides itself on technology I think this is a bit ridiculous. Eventually she does get the documents and not all are there. I had to go and find a printing store so I could send them again to her so payment could be made out. At 5pm yesterday I get a sms stating congratulations on your new purchase but I still don't have the vehicle. The seller and myself wasted a day off from work. My insurance for the vehicle also started yesterday. How incompetent is Mandla in sending an email? How am I going to get the vehicle next week due to my schedule? Are they going to deliver it?
