First National Bank
No response!!!

It is sad to say, but today I am not a very satisfied customer.

I have sent my FNB loan application and supporting documents through to Nombulelo at ThinkMoney. She told me to ignore any sms from FNB to fax documents as she has all my information and it was already sent through to FNB. I faxed the documents anyway, just as a precaution, and all fax reports showed that the fax was sent successfully. When I phoned FNB to enquire, they said they are still waiting for some documents???!!! Are your fax lines out of order then??? Or is somebody neglecting to give the documents to the relevant persons???

Nombulelo from Think Money does not respond on my emails, and when I phone the work number provided in the email signature, it goes to a voice mail for Think Money.
I have left messages for her, but I do not receive any call backs.

FNB, can you please live up to your motto and PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I opened a Cheque account with you recently to switch from Standard Bank, but if this is the service I get, I definitely do not want to be part of FNB!
