PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THIS BRANCH

Went into the Personal Loan Centre in Alberton and was assisted by Nontembi at this branch. I had all my documents submitted on Saturday 30.12.2013 and was told this takes 24 hours to be approved. I called this branch on Monday for feedback and I was told that I must resubmit my Proof of Residence, this was done the same day. I called the branch again in the afternoon and they informed me that this was submitted. No one from this branch call to provide updates. I must call the branch and then the call centre to verify to see if the branch is providing correct information and on every occasion the branch. This is very bad service as I never had a problem with Nedbank and this indicates to me that the services levels is dropping.
