For the Past two months I have been trying to work with Momentum to obtain my Funds @ Work Funds, but this however is impossible, I will receive an sms to state all are processed for the claim, then later the same day an email will come through advising that no they still require certain documentation, I don't owe Momentum any other documentation but still no pay-out!!! Now 2 days ago I phoned and Sava advised that there is an issue with my Bank Details, which I don't understand because I have the same Bank Details for the Past 10 years plus, she would have phoned me back by 2, which she didn't, so then I phoned back at half past 2, just for her to advise me that she will get back to me before the end of the day, now 2 days later and STILL NO FEEDBACK, I NEED MY MONEY!!! I don't even have to do Brand Damage to you guys as I feel you and your consultants are already doing the damage to the Momentum Brand!!!
