I REALLY SAD AND DISAPPOINTED

I MUST SAY I HAVE VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED. I HAD A DREAM MAKER WITH NEDBANK, I WENT IN THE BRANCH TO CANCEL IT AND HAVE MY MONEY DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT. WAS ADVISED THAT IT WILL ONLY TAKE 10 WORKING DAYS. WHEN I CALLED IN 6 WORKING DAYS AFTER AT THE BRANCH I WAS ADVISED THAT I NEEDED TO CALL THE CALL CENTRE. WHEN I CALLED THE CENTRE THEY ADVISED ME THAT THE DOCUMENTS WERE NOT EMAILED NOR FAXED TO THEM SO AS A RESULT I WOULD NEED TO START THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM THE BEGINNING. I CALLED BACK THE BRANCH BUT THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE PAPERS WERE EMAILED. I CALLED ON THE DAY THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET THE MONEY WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND THEY SAID I NEED TO RESUBMIT AND ON SATURDAY I WENT TO THE EASTGATE BRANCH AND I SPOKE TO THE BRANCH MANGER AS THEY SAY BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT WAS HANDLING MY ACCOUNT "CHANNEL" WAS NOT WORKING. HE ADVISED ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO HER SYSTEM AND HE WONT BE ABLE TO SEE IF SHE SENT IT OR NOT. AND THAT THEY WILL DO THE INVESTIGATIONS FURTHER. ADVISED HIM THAT I NEED WHAT IS MINE AND IF HE CALLED THAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE CLEARLY HE DID NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF IT. I AM VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I WILL WAIT AGAIN AND AGAIN NO
