Poor/Pathetic service from FNB

We applied for an FNB home loan at the Centurion branch on 15/02/2013.
All the documents necessary were submitted at the branch. The contact person at the branch checked all the documents and assured me all is in order.
We then waited the 2 weeks to follow up (as I understand this is how long a bank takes to come back with the loan terms. I went in to the branch on 4/3/2013 to follow up as we have not heard anything. The systems was off and she can not give me feedback, but assured me that she follow's up daily and we should have an answer by Friday 08/03/2013. I then called the call centre on 5/3/2013 to follow up myself. The agent also confirmed we will have an answer by Friday 08/03/2013.I called again on Friday 08/03/2013 to follow up. The agent then confirmed that there is outstanding requirements (which I cannot understand as the requirements called for was submitted in the first instance!)I then sent the requirements through today 11/03/2013 as I had to redo everthing. I then called the call centre to confirm if this was now received. he confirmed it will show on system tomorrow morning. After all this, now the bank will take another 7-14 days before giving us feedback! pathetic
