On the 23th of Sep 2013, I went inn the greenstone nedbank branch to apply for overdraft on my Acc and i was told to bring ID and and pay slip in which i did after day, i then waited to be called for feedback, and I was not I then called the branch and left massages for evlyn to call me back and no response. I then went in the branch and evelyn told me they were off line for four days and she could not tell me if my overdraft was approved or not i then waited for her call, she still did not call me for feedback. I then called the Branch today 26 Sep 2013 and asked to speak to Evelyn, she was to busy to speak to me i then left her a massage to call me back she did not, called in again still no luck, i then asked to speak to her manager could not get a hold of her as well (Nombuso Nkwanayn) left a massage for to get back to me she also did not. I then called the nedbank head office and i was told that no Document main were sent through call centre Ref No. 64857977. I then called the branch and finally spoke to Nombuso who said, she will get back to me guess what I'm still waiting for her call too.
