CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME SORT MY PROBLEM OUT!

On the 28 Nov 13 I applied for a loan via the call centre, thinking that this will hassle frre as ive taken up 2 other loans in the past and both has been paid in full and closed. I spoke to a agent by the name of Natalie Williams advised me that I've been preapproved, depending on documents and credit check etc.By Friday t 28th everything was submitted.By Monday she called me back advised me I mite rec an SMS to go the branch, I did, I went and verified with the branch, only to be told 2 days later which was the3rd Dec. the branch did not update.. I've been to the branch on Saturday and was told it got declined! How is that possible because for the entire week I've been speaking to different team leaders/Agents telling me it's being processed. Do you how embarrassing it is to get told @ the branch that no one can assist? Furthermore how many excuses must I go through before some decides to tell what is going on! So first I was told the branch messed up, than I was told the transfer cannot be made from Standard bank to FNB as there is a problem and a call was logged with IT, than the branch told me it got declined. no one told me. i have no feedback and it been declined today
