I have gone to the following branches 3 times - N1 City, Goodwood (x2) to sort the problem I have with me not receiving rvn numbers to my phone.
My phone is registered and my last 4 digits of my phone number is displayed however I still do not receive the Sms's. I am unable buy air time or even add beneficiaries when using internet banking.
After going so many times to sort out the problem with this, I am still experiencing the same thing and no one is really helping me. No one even bothers to follow up either.
I would really like to have the matter resolved!
