Service and staff unable to help one!!!

I constantly have no signal, when making calls I get cut off, no matter the time of day or place.
I also never receive my monthly ststements.
I have been having a problem for a while now as I am registered for cellphone banking services, however I am unable to access it, I am using African Bank, I was told by a consultant as to go to my bank and register my 8ta number as to access the service, I have been to African bank twice now with the same problem and re-registered my cellphone number, I have received a sms saying the cellphone banking service has been sucessfully registered, however when trying to access the service by dialing *130*49494# I keep getting a error message saying "unknown request" when I call 8ta on 180 I get told to go back to African Bank as to have the service sorted out, I have been told also to check my settings, I get told to re-start the phone or switch on or off, I have previously used Vodacom and never had this problem, I have to use a my previous/old number "Vodacom" to access the cellphone banking service. I have also been told a couple of times by the 8ta consultant this is the first time they come across such a query. The worst service I have ever had
