Mtn number problem.. took out a top up contract with mtn about 4 months ago just to realize the number is shared with a lady called magda.. Cell number 0835060391 Took up the problem with the mtn store twice and all they say its impossible and they will sort it out nothing happened..
Phoned customer services 5 times already all say they reported the problem to the network and will receive feedback.. NO RESPONSE made it clear i wane take up the mater with management they would have phoned me back..NO PHONE CALL.. its becoming a big problem..
If you phone from a mtn number i answer if you phone from vodacom magda answers she is receiving all my messages and i get all of her banking smses and some phone calls please help and sort this out... what is the use off paying the contract if i cant even use my own number..
