After trying unsuccessfully to log onto absa internet banking with my cell phone, which is automatically enabled with internet banking, I was informed that my password has been locked.
I phoned the call centre to try sort out the problem only to be told that I must go into a branch to get my password unlocked.
absa has a "New Internet Banking site" which automatically locks your account and then inconveniences you by forcing you to go into the bank. Their "new banking site" cannot even sort out the problems it has created.
