I changed my cell phone contract from vodacom to cell c a couple of months ago and I have since been unable to receive RVN security codes on my new number (starting with 061). I have inquired about this problem several times over the last few months and it seems that nobody can help me or tell me when the problem will be resolved. One of the Absa's call center employees suggested I get an additional prepaid sim card for RVN codes...
It is beyond me why it is taking Absa so long to fix this problem.
This is by no means the only problem that I have had with Absa, but I think it might be the last straw. I will start looking for another bank.
