From my initial contact with Ismail it was a pleasant experience, he was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and respectful. He was fast and efficient with my queries and even convinced me to take out insurance with Budget. Based on my previous experiences which were not positive at all I was quite sceptical but I was re-assured that this would not be the case and I sincerely hope that it is not going to be.
It takes a lot to impress me due to the fact that I am a customer service facilitator and believe me when I say that I am IMPRESSED. Ismail has definitely raised the bar.
