NO SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE FROM MANAGER

I DROVE FROM GEORGE TO KNYSNA WHO IS 60 YEARS OLD TO TAKE HER TO THE BANK TO SEE IF SHE QUALIFY FOR A BOND OR HOME LOAN. THERE WERE ONLY 1 CONSULTANT AVAILABLE AND THERE WAS ALREADY 5 PEOPLE WAITING. AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR OF SITTING I WENT TO THE LADY IN THE MANAGERS OFFICE TO ASK IF THERE IS MORE CONSULTANTS AS WE HAVE BEEN WAITING A LONG TIME. SHE STARTED TO LAUGH AND SAID IT CANT BE. I TOLD HER YES IT IS AND WANTED TO KNOW IF SHE IS THE MANAGER SHE LAUGHED AGAIN... I WAS THINKING??? SHE ASKED TO GIVE HER A SECOND AND SHE WALKED TO THE TELLERS AND STARTED TO LAUGH AND TOTALLY IGNOREFD US. I WENT BACK TO MY SEAT AND SAT AND SAT BUT SHE NEVER RETURNED. I TOLD MY MOM THAT WE BETTER GO AS I WAS TOTALLY DISGUSSED FOR DRIVING ALL THIS WAY TO GET THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. I PERSONALLY BANK WITH NEDBANK BUT HERE IN GEORGE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING CLOSE TO THAT...
