My insurance with Discovery includes a DQ tracker, since I bought a new car in September I am struggling to have the tracker installed. Twice appointments were made for the installation and both time no one pitched without even notifying me that they are not coming. When I complained to Discovery Insure they told me it's not their problem I need to take it up with DQ track. After almost 3 moths I still do not have a tracker in my car and are not earning points towards my fuel benefits. Think twice before you leave your reliable insurance company to go to Discovery Insure because of the benefits - It's not worth it.
