On Wednesday the 4th of December I went to change my bank card to the new more secure card. The line for transactions was very long it took an hour for me to be assisted and that is only because some people before me decided to leave because they had been waiting for too long. On top of that a lady by the name of Boitumelo had a very bad attitude when helping me she had to be called a number of times by one of her colleagues to come help me and when she did she was not friendly at all. I asked for the Manager and she said he/she is not in and said with attitude that she can write down the name of the Manager for me when I asked her what is the Managers name add to that she told me I had to join the line again if I wanted to open one of the four savings account. I would like to #AskWhy must I wait for more than an hour to get service in a bank that has technology that is meant to quicken up things and #AskWhy are your employees acting like we need them more than they need us. Where is customer service in Boulders Capitec??? If I dont get an explanation I will close my account and go elsewhere.
