Never handed my ID book back into my hands

I will never refer anyone to Nedbank, I was on lunch from work and walked in to Nedbank Calswald, wanted to make the relationship with them by opening up a Nedbank Account and make a personal loan from them. I it is the Best and Good delivering service Bank but Salome has wiped that away from me.

I stepped in and was welcomed by the gentle men and refered me to Salome and iv told her that i came to make a personal loan. she asked to get my ID book, handed it over to her. she checked if I do qualify, she confirmed that i do qualify. i did not have my bank statement from standard bank, she asked me to quickly run to the bank before they close. i just took my bag and ran off. when i got to standard bank to withdarw the bank statement iv realised that i did not have my ID and left it with her. withdrawn the bank statement by self service ATM and got the stamp from the reception. went back to Nedbank. said to her that "you've got my ID right? said NO!
I remember very well that it was never handed over to me, she did not even feel sorry or boarder to search throughly, just said i gave it back. she took it so easy and seems not caring. My medical aid is in inside the Id Book. NEED MY ID!
