I walked into Joshua Doore Kempton Park on the 2nd of March to buy goods for cash R4900 and at the same time open a new credit account. The sales man by the name of George assisted me with passion and smile. George was very excited that he scored a sale for the day. I went to the cashiers to swipe my card for the cash amount of R4900, the cashiers were swearing and making noise at George. They aksed George how can he assist the customer in the last minute when they wanted to close. The cashier manager was playing on her cellphone, she did not intervene. I walked straight into her office and told her how much I am paying and that it is a total contribution of one's salary. She then became ashamed but did nothing. I personally told the staff to wait until George is finished with my transaction because I value the service as a client. George then requested another lady to process my other account that I was buying on instalments, the lady was very rude, throwing papers all over I told the lady that she must leave by the key values of Joshua Doore and if she is not going to respect me as a customer I will get her reported. The then assisted me but not with a smile. Well done George
