On the 25/11/2013 i logged a case on my FNB cheque account. my card was swallowed at a ATM and within seconds all my money started disappearing out of my account... since the 25/11/2013 i have received no call from FNB no sms nothing... i called the call centre to confirm whether my case has been received and spoke to some rude consultant advising me that my case will only be finilized on the 23/12/2013... thats utter... they do not make contact with you to inform you how the investigation is going and how in the world do they expect one to live when all your money has been out of your account. this service is pathetic and then they call themselves South Africas leading bank... if i do not get feedback from them im going to the paper and the ombudsman if i must this is disgusting service...
