Since I only get a proper response when I post a complaint on this site, you left me no other choice but to do it again. Since 30 October you knew my last debit order would be end November and should have adjusted the debit order accordingly! No refund would have been necessary had this been done. Now I have to wait 7 days for MY money to be refunded! You did not wait a day for your money to be deducted, your payment was received every month on time, why should I wait for MY money. I also need proof that the debit order was cancelled.
