My card was swallowed at the ATM on the 06/06/2013, i immediately called the call centre to stop my card, to my surprise when i get to the branch to ask for a replacement they informed me there was 2000.00 withdrawal on my card they couldn't tell me what time was the withdrawal done as it doesn't show on the statement, they'll have to wait for the call centre to send them the information which will take 24 hours, i explained to them what had happened and they told me to go to the police station to open a case, and that some one will call me within hours to get the case number, i did as i was told but no one contacted me to ask for the reference number i had to call the call centre to provide my case number, they told me someone will contact me to inform me on how the investigation was going till today i haven't had any respond or feed back on how the case is going, aim so disappointed i even feel that is the bank that took my money
