On the 27/05/2013 R1100 AND R20.00 at around 22:25pm was withdrawn from my savings account and received a notification to my suprise l was in bed by then so l checked if l had my bank card and yes it was in my wallet at time. l went to the branch the following morning and a case of was opend by the consultant Mr Peter Mokwape who said someone from the bank will call me and no one did untill l called them yestarday and l was told to come to the branch today 27/06/2013 because the case was closed, l wonder how was l to know that if l did not call the branch? when l got there l was assisted by Mr P Mokwape and on his system it said the money was refunded on the 31/05/2013 so he checked my statement and they was no refund, so he called Agent Tshidisegang Motaung who dealt with the case and he told him that they wont refund me coz someone knows my pin number and its a no one knows my pin and if so how would that someone withdraw without my bank card? l believe that someone from inside is cloning our cards and we losing money that is supposed to be safe in the bank. I want my money refunded and l will close that account with Absa
