I am very very upset with my "bank" - On 16 January, ATM at Derdepoort Spar swallowed my bank card, canceled was pressed several times and card did not come out. My fiance informed me I went to the bank immediately to inform them. They made me fill in a form, Mmathapelo Chauke informed me it will take 7 days to investigate and then they will inform me if the bank will refund my money. she Also informed me that I can order a new card online, Which guess what could not be done. Ref: 1-787401025. I phoned the line was shunt from pillar to post and everyone just told me that there is no case loaded. And that this investigation if loaded will take 21 DAYS - Lovely hey now already a week in and they told me it's not loaded and I need to wait 21 days not 7 - If this does not make anyone in my shoes upset I do not know what will. If this is the way FNB is going to treat their customers I will rather move my account. I want this concern investigated asap as money was from my account because FNB's ATM swallowed my bank card. Awaiting any response.
