My debit card was cloned, and money was from my account. I logged a case 22 August 2013, and was told it would take 15 working days. I called for feedback (every time waiting for 20 minutes before my call is answered) on 30 September at 15:08, and Floy told me that he would escalate my query and that Shivon was working on my case. He assured me that she would call me back within the next week. It is now more than a month later and I have still received no feedback. The amount was R6000. I am a single mom and urgently need my money back. It's been almost 3 months now. My case number is 2013082400098.
