The only person which provided immaculate service in Standard Bank home loans from the 15 consultants I talked to was Olivia Alves. She actually managed to give me right email address to send my documents and tried to help me. Its just sad that I can not choose who to talk, and no one else is really helping me with my application for the past 10 days. Takes bad service to appreciate the good service some people give us. Hope she will be rewarded for the help she provides, and that in future I might have the luck to speak with someone as good to help me sort out my application, so I wont need to post complaints.
