I have called Standard Bank home loans call centre 4 times already and I have been getting conflicting messages every time. I have been trying to cancel my bond application for the past 3 weeks now and every person I speak to tells me to do something else and it's just not good enough. I spoke to a Princess and Kedibone, they told me to send a letter via fax, which I have done twice. I then call again to ask if the fax has been received and spoke to Shonique who tells me that the attorney needs to send a request via the system. I call the attorney and they tell me to send a letter. Please advise what I should do.
