I did an application for credit assist with Standard Bank on the 8/10/2013 as they so nicely advertise on TV. on the 12/10/2013 they asked for document that i send to them. I did not hear anything from them. on the 1/11/13
I called just to find out there was document they did not receive but nobody emailed me to ask for the document so the application did not go through. so now i had to do a re-application on the 06/11/2013 they asked for more document which i then supplied. as today i have had no response what so ever form Standard bank. Whey advertise and stat that you can help but when your clients need your help it takes 1 month to get any response. Whey do we always have to go and post a complaint and email our complaint to get any service. if every body just do there part live can be so much simpler. Is there anything like a bank in SA that actually give good client services???
