Ucount is a joke

In my discussion with the staff of Ucount I was told in no uncertain terms that

1. Ucount mall is a bank, I thought that it was a shopping site, it sure looks like one.
2. That deliveries take a minimum of 10 days, in our day and age, seriously?
3. That if I wanted to change banks it was my choice, seriously it is but are you not going to try to keep me?
4. Lastly, my area has a few Caltex stations 2 of which never have petrol or maybe they closed?

In short Ucount is a bad joke by a bank that is making itself more irrelevant every day.
